Involvement in humanitarian work is very important to Nationale Suisse. The wellbeing of children is particularly close to our hearts. This is why we support, among other things, the UNICEF Street Children Aid Project as well as a program to combat children in Switzerland becoming overweight.

Charity means helping others and social engagement. The social efforts made by companies are of value to society and ease many people’s lives. Profit considerations are left on the sidelines during these activities. Nationale Suisse wants to assume social responsibility with its charitable involvement and pass on some of its own success. And what could be more natural than trying to improve the lives of children?

Everything In Motion: The “Fitness for Kids” Program

Children should enjoy living healthily so that they never need to suffer from being overweight: This is the aim of the prevention program “Fitness for Kids”, which Nationale Suisse supports. Nationale Suisse's loco is supporting the Roger Federer Foundation with every kilometre it covers. The loco symbolizes our commitment  to the Swiss rail network as one of the main insurers of the Gotthard base tunnel construction site and our long-standing humanitarian involvement. The UNO child aid body UNICEF dedicates itself to helping children worldwide to live better lives. The more than 100 million street children worldwide are particularly in need of help.
