Nationale Suisse has won several awards over the last few years for being an exemplary employer – as a «Top Employer Switzerland» in 2008, 2010 and 2011 as well as being the winner of the «Basel Social Prize» 2009.

Top Employer Switzerland '08 / '10 / '11

CRF is an independent enterprise, which awards the annual seal of approval «Top Employer Switzerland». The key factors for the success of individual companies are elaborated so that a contribution can be made to the development of a superior corporate culture. In 2008, 2010 and 2011 Nationale Suisse was among the companies which received the award.

«Basel Social Prize» 2009: Health Management

The Cantonal Council of the Canton of Basel-City declared Nationale Suisse to be one of the two prize-winners in 2009 because of the company’s exemplary commitment in favour of employees who are in some way disabled. The «Basel Social Prize» is awarded every two years. It is an award for companies of any size which act innovatively to create training and job vacancies for people who are in some way disabled or which take measures to preserve their jobs. Nationale Suisse received an award for its exemplary health management.
